Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-04-21 15:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatus otsustas 20. aprillil 2015 pikendada tütarettevõtte Tallinna Teede ASi nõukogu liikmete Tiit Robeni, Veljo Viitmanni ja Alar Laguse volitusi järgmiseks põhikirjas ette nähtud 3-aastaseks ametiajaks, s.o. kuni 15.04.2018. Tallinna Teede ASi nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelisena: Tiit Roben (esimees), Veljo Viitmann ja Alar Lagus. Tallinna Teede AS teostab üle Eesti nii projektijuhtimise meetodil kui ka oma jõududega kõiki teehoiutöid: sealhulgas ehitab teede konstruktsioone ja rajatisi, teostab teede hooldusremonti, pindamistöid ja teehoolet. Ettevõtte toodab ka erinevaid segusid oma asfalditehases. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti omab ettevõttes 100%list osalust. Extension of the powers of the Members of the Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiary entity

Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-04-21 15:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 20 April 2015, the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group – decided to extend the powers of the Members of the Supervisory Board of subsidiary Tallinna Teede AS, Mr. Tiit Roben, Mr. Veljo Viitmann and Mr. Alar Lagus according to the statues for the three years tenure, i.e. till 15 April 2018. The Supervisory Board of Tallinna Teede AS will continue with three members: Mr. Tiit Roben (The Chairman), Mr. Veljo Viitmann and Mr. Alar Lagus. Tallinna Teede AS performs project management and provides workforce for all road maintenance countrywide, builds road structures and the associated infrastructure, performs maintenance repair, road surface dressing and provides road maintenance services. The company also produces different mixtures in its own asphalt plant. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti has a 100% interest in Tallinna Teede AS.
