AS Tallinna Vesi uuendas 45 miljoni euro ulatuses SWAP lepinguid
Message
06. aprillil 2015. aastal uuendas ettevõte lõppevad intressimäära SWAP
lepingud. Uued SWAP lepingud, nominaalväärtuses 45 miljonit eurot, hakkavad
kehtima 01. juunist 2015. aastal. Sellega fikseeris Ettevõte 6-kuu EURIBORi
keskmiselt 2,9% võrra madalamal tasemel kui oli määratud lõppevates lepingutes.
AS Tallinna Vesi laenuportfell ulatub 95 miljoni euroni. Ligikaudu 80%
ettevõtte ujuva intressiga laenude intressiriskidest on maandatud intressimäära
SWAP-lepingutega.

AS Tallinna Vesi has renewed its SWAP agreements in the total value of 45 million euros
Message
On 6th of April 2015, the Company renewed its interest rate SWAP contracts. New
SWAP contracts, with a total notional amount of 45 million euros, will become
effective on 1st of June 2015. With this, the Company fixed the 6-month EURIBOR
on average 2.9% lower level than was set for the ending agreements.
AS Tallinna Vesi total loan portfolio reaches up to 95 million euros.
Approximately 80% of the loans with floating interest rate risks are hedged
with interest rate SWAP agreements.
