Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-03-18 07:55 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus juhatus otsustas 17. märsil 2015 pikendada UAB Merko Statyba nõukogu liikmete Andres Trinki, Tõnu Toomiku ja Signe Kukini volitusi alates 13. aprillist 2015 kolmeks aastaks, s.o kuni 12. aprillini 2018. UAB Merko Statyba nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelisena: Andres Trink (esimees), Tõnu Toomik ja Signe Kukin. Vastavalt UAB Merko Statyba põhikirjale valitakse ettevõtte nõukogu liige kolmeks aastaks. Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-03-18 07:55 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 17 March 2015, the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus decided to extend the powers of the Members of the Supervisory Board of UAB Merko Statyba, Mr. Andres Trink, Mr. Tõnu Toomik and Mrs. Signe Kukin for three years, i.e. from 13 April 2015 until 12 April 2018. The Supervisory Board of UAB Merko Statyba will continue with three members: Mr. Andres Trink (The Chairman), Mr. Tõnu Toomik and Mrs. Signe Kukin. According to the Articles of association of UAB Merko Statyba, the Member of the Supervisory Board is appointed for three years.
