Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Piusa piirivalvekordon)
Message
Nordecon AS ja Riigi Kinnisvara AS sõlmisid ehituse peatöövõtulepingu Piusa
piirivalvekordoni hoonete rekonstrueerimiseks. Tööde käigus lammutatakse
olemasolev kordoni kasutuseta hooneosa ning ehitatakse juurde uus tiib.
Kolmekorruselise peahoone ja abihoonete suurus kokku on enam kui 2500
ruutmeetrit. Hoone valmib 2016. aasta kevadel.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 3,8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub

Construction contract (Piusa border guard station)
Message
Nordecon AS and Riigi Kinnisvara AS signed a main contracting agreement for the
reconstruction of Piusa border guard station building. During the works the
existing unused part of the building will be dismantled and a new wing will be
built. The combined space of the three-storeyed main building and ancillary
buildings will be more than 2,500 sqm. The construction will be completed in
spring 2016.
The value of the contract is approximately 3.8 million euros (excluding VAT).
