AS Pro Kapital Grupp nõukogu liige Ernesto Achille Preatoni esitas täna,
20.02.2015, toimunud nõukogu koosolekul avalduse nõukogu liikme kohalt
tagasiastumiseks, mis jõustub koheselt. Ernesto Achille Peatoni palus teha
esitatud avalduse teatavaks AS Pro Kapital Grupp järgmisele aktsionäride
üldkoosolekule.
Ernesto Achille Preatoni põhjendas tagasiastumise avalduse esitamist
järgnevalt: „Pro Kapital on hästi juhitud ja kapitaliseeritud ettevõte, millel
on suurepärane arendusprojektide portfell. Varade ümberhindlus turuväärtusesse,
mis leidis aset 31.12.2014 lõppenud kvartalis ja ümberhindlusest kajastatud
kasum näitavad, et aastate jooksul omandatud arendusportfell on toonud Pro
Kapitali pikaajalistele investoritele väga hea tootluse. Kuna ma tunnen, et Pro
Kapital on heades kätes, siis olen otsustanud astuda tagasi Pro Kapitali
nõukogust, et keskenduda muude projektide arendusele väljaspool Baltikumi ja
veeta rohkem aega oma perega.“
Pro Kapital on tänulik Hr. Ernesto Preatoni poolt nõukogu liikmena ja
aktsionärina Pro Kapitali arendusse antud panuse eest. AS Pro Kapital Grupp
nõukogu jätkab 3 liikmelisena: Emanuele Bozzone (Nõukogu esimees), Petri
Olkinuora (Nõukogu liige) ja Pertti Huuskonen (Nõukogu liige).

Resignation of Council member

At the Council meeting held today, 20.02.2015, Ernesto Achille Preatoni, the
Member of the Council of AS Pro Kapital Grupp submitted his resignation
effective immediately. Ernesto Achille Preatoni requested that his application
would be announced to the next General Meeting of Shareholders of AS Pro
Kapital Grupp.
Ernesto Achille Preatoni explained his resignation as follows: „Pro Kapital is
very well managed and capitalized company, with excellent development
portfolio. Revaluation of the assets to the market value done in the quarter
which ended 31.12.2014 and the profit recorded prove that the portfolio
acquired over the years has provided very good return to Pro Kapital’s long
term investors. As I feel Pro Kapital is in good hands I have decided to resign
from the Council of Pro Kapital to concentrate my time in developing my other
projects outside of the Baltic’s and spend more time with my family.”
Pro Kapital is grateful for the contribution that Mr. Ernesto Preatoni, as a
Member of the Council and shareholder, has made to the development of Pro
Kapital. AS Pro Kapital Grupp Council will continue with 3 members: Emanuele
Bozzone (Chairman of the Council), Petri Olkinuora (Member of the Council) and
Pertti Huuskonen (Member of the Council).
