29.12.2014 sõlmisid AS PRFoods (edaspidi PRF) ja AS SEB Pank (edaspidi SEB)
arvelduslaenulepingu, mille alusel avatakse PRF-ile 5 000 000 euro suurune
krediidilimiit. Arvelduslaenu tähtaeg on 30.04.2016 ja intressimäär 3 kuu
EURIBOR + 1,7%.
Arvelduslaenu lepingu sõlmimise põhjuseks on AS-i PRF kapitalistruktuuri
korrigeerimine. Venemaa ja Baltikumi jäätise ning külmutatud kaupade
äritegevuse müügitehingu

käigus maksti SEB-le täies ulatuses tagasi PRF-i investeerimislaen ja
arvelduskrediit. Seisuga 30.11.2014 oli PRF-i intressikandvate kohustuste jääk

PRF: Refinancing of Loan Portfolio of AS PRFoods

On 29.12.2014, AS PRFoods (hereinafter PRF) and AS SEB Pank (hereinafter SEB)
executed an overdraft facility agreement under which SEB will grant PRF a
credit limit of 5 million euro. The final repayment term of the facility is
30.04.2016 and the interest rate is 3 months EURIBOR + 1.7%.
The execution of the overdraft facility agreement serves the purpose of
restructuring of the capital structure of PRF. In the course of the transaction
of the sale and transfer of the Russian and Baltic ice cream and frozen goods
business operations

the investment loan and overdraft facility of PRF were repaid to SEB in full.
As at 30.11.2014, the balance of interest bearing debt of PRF is 750 thousand
euro.
