Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-12-16 08:31 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 15. detsembril 2014 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ning OÜ Infor Invest vahel leping logistikakeskuse projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödeks aadressil Vana-Narva mnt 5B, Maardu linn, Eesti. Põhiosas ühekorruselise ning osaliselt kahekorruselise logistikakeskuse brutopind on ligikaudu 15 tuhat m². Lisaks laoruumidele paiknevad keskuses ka töötajate büroo- ja olmeruumid. Leping hõlmab hoone projekteerimis- ja ehitustöid ning kinnistul paiknevate teede, platside ja välisvõrkude rajamist. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 6 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Projekteerimis- ja ehitustööd algavad jaanuaris 2015 ning tööde valmimine on planeeritud 2016. aasta veebruarisse. Construction contract in Estonia (Logistics Centre in Maadu)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-12-16 08:31 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 15 December 2014, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ Infor Invest, have signed a contract to perform the design and construction works of a logistics centre, located at Vana-Narva 5B, Maardu, Estonia. The logistic centre is mainly an one-storey and partly two-storey building with the total area of approximately 15 thousand square metres. In addition to the warehouse area, there are offices and other administration rooms for employees. The contract includes the design and built works, construction of roads and external networks within the property. The value of the contract is approximately 6 million euros, plus value added tax. The design and building works will start in January 2015 and are scheduled to complete in February 2016.
