Today, 04.11.2014, the Commercial Register made a register entry in respect of
the new version of the Articles of Association of AS Premia Foods. Together
with the registration of the new version of the Articles of Association the
change of the business name resolved by the General Meeting of shareholders
held on 30.10.2014 entered into force. The new business name of AS Premia Foods
is AS PRFoods.
