Tehingu järgselt kuulub VN Niidu Kinnisvarale Pärnus Niidu-Kase tänavate piirkonnas kokku 33,3 ha maad, mille sihtotstarve on peamiselt äri- ja tootmismaa. Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-11-03 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Trigon Property Development announces that its’ subsidiary OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara concluded on 3.11.2014 an agreement on sale of real estate property belonging to OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara located at Kase str 18 in Pärnu with the size of 21152 m² and with the price of 360 000 euro (VAT included). After the said transaction OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara owns in Pärnu 33,3 hectare of land located at Niidu and Kase str area with the intended purpose mainly being commercial and production land.
