Message
Eelnevalt avaldatud teatele lisaks avaldame teabe seoses „Nõuded emitentidele“
punktide 3.2.1 ja 3.2.2-ga. Parandatud teade järgneb.
Tallinna Kaubamaja ASi tütarettevõtte ASi Selver nõukogu koosolekul otsustati
alates tänasest, see on 17.10.2014, lisaks senisele juhatuse liikmele Kristi
Lompile valida teiseks juhatuse liikmeks Helen Tulve. Juhatuse esimeheks saab
Kristi Lomp. Helen Tulve töötab Tallinna Kaubamaja AS grupi peajuristina alates
veebruarist 2013 ning enne seda töötas vandeadvokaadina Advokaadibüroos
Borenius. Helen Tulve ei kuulu teiste äriühingute juhtorganitesse ega oma
Tallinna Kaubamaja AS aktsiaid.

CORRECTION: Changes in the management board of a subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, AS Selver
Message
Derived from the clauses 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 of Requirements for Issuers we hereby
correct the previously published announcement. The corrected announcement is as
follows:
It was resolved at the meeting of the supervisory board of AS Selver, a
subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, to elect Helen Tulve as of 17 October 2014
as the second member of the management board in addition to the present member
of the management board Kristi Lomp. Helen Tulve works at Tallinna Kaubamaja AS
since February 2013 as the Group General Counsel and before that she worked as
an attorney-at-law at Attorneys-at-law Borenius. Helen Tulve does not belong to
any other management bodies and does not own any shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja
AS.
