24. aprillil 2014 toimunud AS Tallinna Moekombinaat (edaspidi Tütarettevõtja)
aktsionäride koosolekul võeti vastu otsus Tütarettevõtja aktsiakapitali
suurendamise kohta.
Tütarettevõtja juhatus otsustas pikendada uute aktsiate pakkumise neljandat
märkimisperioodi. Uueks aktsiate märkimistähtajaks on seega 14. oktoober 2014.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp teavitab investoreid Tütarettevõtja aktsiate pakkumise
tulemustest pärast emissiooni tulemuste selgumist.

AS Tallinna Moekombinaat on 05.03.2008 asutatud äriühing, mille põhitegevuseks
on Tallinnas Peterburi tee 2 paikneval kinnistul kaubanduskeskuse arendamine.
Kavandatud kaubanduskeskus on üks kõige dünaamilisemaid kaubanduskeskuste
arendusi Baltimaades, asudes Tallinna suurima ja kaasaegseima liiklussõlme
ääres vaid mõne minutilise autosõidu kaugusel kesklinnast ning Tartu, Narva ja
Pärnu maanteede alguspunktis. Kaubanduskeskuse ankurrentnikuks on Selveri
hüpermarket ligi 6000 m² ning kokku on keskuse 55 000 m² rendipinnal ruumi enam
kui 200 poele. Kaubanduskeskus on osa tulevasest suurest Tallinna
ühistranspordisõlmest, mis on linna üks olulisimaid infrastruktuuri arendusi
lähiaastatel ning mis hõlmab lisaks kohalikele liinidele ka ühendust
lennujaama ja tulevase Rail Baltica rahvusvahelise raudteejaamaga.

PROLONGATION OF TERM OF OFFERING THE NEW SHARES OF AS TALLINNA MOEKOMBINAAT

The 24th of April 2014 shareholders meeting of AS Tallinna Moekombinaat
(hereinafter Subsidiary) adopted the resolution to increase the share capital
of the Subsidiary.
The Management Board of the Subsidiary decided to prolong the term of offering
the new shares of the fourth subscription. New subscription term for
subscribing the shares is therefore 14th of October 2014.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp shall inform the investors of the results of the offering
of the shares of the Subsidiary after the results of subscription are known.

AS Tallinna Moekombinaat is a company established on 05.03.2008, the main field
of activity of the company is the development of shopping center located on
Peterburi road 2 Tallinn land plot. The planned shopping centre is one of the
most dynamic shopping developments in the Baltics, located on the largest and
most modern traffic junction in Tallinn within just a few minutes by car from
the city centre and at the starting point of motorways to Tartu, Narva and
Pärnu. The Shopping Centre shall accommodate more than 200 shops on ca 55,000
m² of GLA with the anchor tenant Selver hypermarket on ca 6000 m². The shopping
centre will become part of the future major public transportation hub in
Tallinn. The hub is the most important infrastructural development for the city
in the coming years and shall feature, in addition to local connections, a
transfer to the airport and the future Rail Baltica international train
station.
