Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-09-30 10:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus on käivitanud Tallinnas Lasnamäe linnaosas asuva Paepargi korteriarenduse neljanda etapi, mis hõlmab kolme 14-korruselist kortermaja arendust. Merko on alustanud esimese kortermaja ehitust aadressil Paepargi 49 ning selle valmimine on planeeritud 2015. aasta lõpuks. Paepargi neljas etapp (www.merko.ee/paepargitornid) hõlmab kolme 14-korruselist maja aadressidel Paepargi 49, 51 ja 53, millest igaühes on 60 korterit. Esimesel kuuel korrusel on 1-3-toalised korterid ning 7. kuni 14. korrusel asuvad 2-4-toalised korterid. Kõrgeimal, 14. korrusel asuvad kaks eksklusiivset katusekorterit, mida iseloomustavad avarad toad, kõrged laed, avarad terrassid, suurepärased vaated, jahutussüsteem ja targa kodu lahendus. Koduostja saab valida erinevate siseviimistluspakettide vahel, korterite ruutmeetri hind jääb vahemikku 1800–2250 eurot. Kortermajade arhitekt on AB Luhse & Tuhal ning sisearhitektide Eerik Olle ja Ahti Peetersoo. Ehitatava kolme hoone brutopind kokku on ligikaudu 17 tuhat ruutmeetrit ning Paepargi neljanda arendusetapi kogumaksumus ca 14–16 miljonit eurot. Heakorrastatud Paepargi tiigi ümbrusesse on Merko esimese kolme etapi käigus arendanud tervikliku elukeskkonna ning müünud sealses üheksas maja üle 150 korteri. The fourth phase includes three 14-storey apartment buildings. Merko has started the construction of the first building, located at Paepargi 49, which is to be completed in late 2015. The fourth phase of Paepargi (www.merko.ee/paepargitornid/) includes three 14-storey apartment buildings at Paepargi 49, 51 and 53, each building consisting of 60 apartments. The first six storeys have 1-3-room apartments and the 7th through the 14th storeys have 2-4-room flats. There are two exclusive penthouse apartments on the top storey, featuring high ceilings, spacious terraces, a great view, air conditioning system and a smart home solution. Homebuyers can choose from different interior finishing packages. The price per square metre of the apartments in the new development phase ranges from 1800-2250 euros.
