Message
Seoses Arco Vara AS-i poolt läbiviidud aktsiakapitali suurendamisega, mille
kohta tehti vastav äriregistri kanne 15.09.2014, vähenes Arco Vara AS-i
aktsionäri AS-i Baltplast osalus. Enne aktsiakapitali suurendamist omas AS
Baltplast kokku 862 810 Arco Vara AS-i aktsiat, mis moodustasid 18,20%
hääleõiguslike aktsiate üldarvust. Pärast aktsiakapitali suurendamist omab AS
Baltplast kokku 862 810 Arco Vara AS-i aktsiat, mis moodustavad 14,11%
hääleõiguslike aktsiate üldarvust.
Lähtuvalt väärtpaberituruseaduse §-st 186 on börsiemitendil kohustus teavitada
börsi olulise osaluse muutumisest.

18.09.2014: CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL HOLDING
Message
As a result of the share capital increase which was conducted by Arco Vara AS
(the respective entry was made in the Commercial Register on 15 September,
2014) the holding of Arco Vara AS’s shareholder AS Baltplast decreased. Before
the share capital increase AS Baltplast owned 862 810 shares of Arco Vara AS
which made up 18.20% of all voting shares. After the share capital increase AS
Baltplast owns 862 810 shares of Arco Vara AS which make up 14.11% of all
voting shares.
The issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial
ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
