04.07.2014 toimunud Arco Vara AS-i aktsionäride erakorralisel üldkoosolekul
kiideti heaks uute aktsiate emissioon. Läbiviidud uute aktsiate emissiooni
tulemusena suurenes Arco Vara AS-i aktsiakapital 962 713,5 euro võrra, st
aktsiakapitali uueks suuruseks on 4 281 908,4 eurot.
Täna, 15.09.2014, tehti äriregistris Arco Vara AS-i aktsiakapitali suurenemise
kohta ka vastav kanne.

15.09.2014: REGISTRATION OF SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE
Message
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Arco Vara AS adopted on 4 July, 2014 the
decision to approve the issuance of new shares. As a result of the conducted
issuance of new shares, the share capital of Arco Vara AS increased by 962
713.5 EUR, i.e. the new share capital is 4 281 908.4 EUR.
Today, on 15 September, 2014, the entry regarding the increase of the share
capital of Arco Vara AS was made in the Commercial Register.
