Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-08-25 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 20. augustil 2014 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva UAB Merko Statyba ja VsI Tarptautine Amerikos mokykla Vilniuje vahel leping Vilniuses asuva Rahvusvahelise Ameerika Kooli spordihalli ehitustööde teostamiseks. Vastavalt tellijaga sõlmitud kokkuleppele on ASil Merko Ehitus õigus info avalikustada alates 25. augustist 2014. Lepingu raames ehitab UAB Merko Statyba spordihalli brutopinnaga 1692 m². Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 2,2 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööde algus on planeeritud 2014. aasta oktoobrisse ning valmimine 2015. aasta augustisse. AS Merko Ehitus (group.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2013. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 860 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2013. aasta müügitulu oli 262,7 miljonit eurot. Construction contract in Lithuania (sports hall of The American International School of Vilnius)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-08-25 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 20 August 2014, UAB Merko statyba, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and VsI Tarptautine Amerikos mokykla Vilniuje, has signed a contract to perform the construction works of sports hall of The American International School of Vilnius. According to the agreement with the client, AS Merko Ehitus has the right to disclose the information starting from 25 August 2014. Under the contract, UAB Merko statyba will build a sports hall with the gross area of 1692 m². The value of the contract is approximately 2.2 million euros, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to start in October 2014 and to complete in August 2015.
