Seoses juhatuse esimehe Jaano Vink’i volituste lõppemisega 31.07.2014 otsustas
Nordecon AS nõukogu pikendada Jaano Vink’i volitusi kuni 31.07.2017.
Seoses vajadusega ühtlustada juhatuse liikmete teenistusperioodi otsustas
Nordecon AS nõukogu samas pikendada ka Avo Ambur’i ja Erkki Suurorg’i volitusi
kuni 31.07.2017.
Juhatuse esimehe ja juhatuse liikmete tööülesanded ei muutu.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2013. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 174 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 4,6 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Prolongation of terms of office for the chairman and the management board members of Nordecon AS
Message
Due to the expiry of the term of office for the chairman of the board Mr. Jaano
Vink on 31 July 2014 the council of Nordecon AS decided to prolong the term of
office for Mr Jaano Vink until 31 July 2017.
With the aim to harmonise the terms of office of all management board members
the council of Nordecon AS decided simultaneously to prolong the terms of
office for Mr. Avo Ambur and Mr. Erkki Suurorg also until 31 July 2017.
The responsibilities of the chairman and the board members will remain the same.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2013 was 174 million euros and net profit 4.6 million euros. Currently Nordecon
Group employs more than 700 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have
been quoted in the main list of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
