Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-07-30 16:59 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti tütarettevõtte Tallinna Teede AS-i nõukogu otsustas 30. juulil 2014 pikendada ettevõtte juhatuse esimehe Jüri Lälli volitusi kolmeks aastaks, s.o kuni 30. juulini 2017. Tallinna Teede AS-i juhatus jätkab kaheliikmelisena: Jüri Läll (esimees) ja Jüri Helila. Tallinna Teede AS teostab üle Eesti nii projektijuhtimise meetodil kui ka oma jõududega kõiki teehoiutöid: sealhulgas ehitab teede konstruktsioone ja rajatisi, teostab teede hooldusremonti, pindamistöid ja teehoolet. Ettevõtte toodab ka erinevaid segusid oma asfalditehases. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti omab ettevõttes 100%-list osalust. AS Merko Ehitus (http://group.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2013. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 860 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2013. aasta müügitulu oli 262,7 miljonit eurot. Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-07-30 16:59 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 30 July 2014, the Supervisory Board of Tallinna Teede AS – the subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group – decided to extend the powers of the Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Jüri Läll for three years, i.e. till 30 July 2017. The Management Board of Tallinna Teede AS will continue with two members: Mr. Jüri Läll (The Chairman) and Mr. Jüri Helila. Tallinna Teede AS performs project management and provides workforce for all road maintenance countrywide, builds road structures and the associated infrastructure, performs maintenance repair, road surface dressing and provides road maintenance services. The company also produces different mixtures in its own asphalt plant. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti holds a 100% interest in Tallinna Teede AS. AS Merko Ehitus (http://group.merko.ee) comprises the leading Estonian construction company AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Latvian market based SIA Merks and the Lithuanian market based UAB Merko Statyba as well as the group’s real estate development business unit together with companies holding real estate properties.
