AS Ekspress Grupp on reorganiseerinud oma osaluse ühisettevõtetes AS SL
Õhtuleht ja AS Ajakirjade Kirjastus. Kui enne omati osalusi otse, siis nüüd
omatakse neid läbi uute valdusfirmade OÜ Ajaleht Holding ja OÜ Ajakirjad
Holding. Nimetatud valdusfirmade osadest kuulub nii AS-ile Ekspress Grupp kui
OÜ-le Suits Meedia 50%.
Tehing ei ole käsitletav tehinguna seotud isikuga ja emitendi nõukogu ega
juhatuse liikmed ei ole tehingutest muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud.

AS Ekspress Grupp has reorganised its shareholdings in joint ventures AS SL
Õhtuleht and AS Ajakirjade Kirjastus. Before, AS Ekspress Grupp had direct
shareholdings in both companies but now the shares are owned through new
holding companies OÜ Ajaleht Holding and OÜ Ajakirjad Holding. AS Ekspress
Grupp and OÜ Suits Meedia each own 50% of the aforementioned holding companies.
The transaction can’t be treated as a transaction with a related party and the
members of the supervisory and management board do not have any personal
interest in the transaction.
