Jätkuna Tallinna Kaubamaja AS 29.04.2014 avaldatud börsiteatele tütarettevõtte
Selver AS süüdistusest konkurentidevahelise kokkuleppe sõlmimises ja tegevuses,
millega väidetavalt määrati kolmandate isikute suhtes kindlaks teatud kauba
hind, teatame, et 18.06.2014 tegi Harju Maakohus teatavaks kohtuistungite ajad
käesoleva aasta oktoobris ja novembris. Kohtu määruse kohaselt vaadatakse asi
läbi üldmenetluses.
Selver AS-i süüdistatakse karistusseadustiku § 400 lg 4 järgi kvalifitseeritud
teo toimepanemises. Selver AS peab jätkuvalt süüdistust alusetuks ja on
seisukohal, et ei ole süüdistuses etteheidetud tegusid toime pannud. Selver AS
jätkab oma tavapärast äritegevust ning informeerib börsi jätkuvalt asjaolude
täpsustamisel seaduses ja börsi reglemendis sätestatud korras.

The court-hearings in respect of Selver AS, a subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, shall take place in October and November
Message
As follow-up to the notice of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS published on 29 April 2014,
which stated that the prosecutor’s office brought charges against Selver AS in
concluding an agreement between competitors and activities in the course of
which the price of certain goods was allegedly fixed regarding third persons,
we hereby inform that on 18 June 2014 Harju County Court has announced the
times of the hearings to be held in October and November. According to the
court injunction the case shall be resolved in general procedure.
Selver AS is being accused in an act that is qualified under Section 400
subsection 4 of the Penal Code. Selver AS continuously considers the accusation
unfounded and takes the position that it has not committed the acts listed in
the charges. Selver AS will continue its daily business activities and keep the
stock exchange informed of developments in this situation in accordance with
legislative requirements and the rules and regulations of the stock exchange.
