AS Pro Kapital Grupp teatab, et kontserni finantsjuht Ruta Juzulenaite lahkub
augusti lõpus isiklikel põhjustel ja omal soovil ametist ega jätka tööd
kontsernis.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp finantsjuht Ruta Juzulenaite kommentaar: „Tulin Pro
Kapitali finantsjuhtimise eest vastutama aastal 2012, on olnud põnev ja arendav
periood. Tegemist on suurepärast arendusportfelli omava ja hästi juhitud
ettevõttega. Olen saadud kogemuse eest tänulik ja soovin Pro Kapitali
suurepärasele meeskonnale edu tulevikuks.“

Angelika Annus on töötanud kontsernis erinevatel ametikohtadel alates 1998.
Angelika Annus ei oma ühtegi AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiat.

AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs that Chief Financial Officer of the group Ruta
Juzulenaite will leave the company at the end of August due to personal reasons
and on her own initiative and shall not continue working in the group.
Comment of the Chief Financial Officer of AS Pro Kapital Grupp Ruta
Juzulenaite: “I took the responsibility for the financial management of Pro
Kapital in 2012, it has been an exciting and evolving period. This is a company
with excellent development portfolio and it is a well managed company. I’m
grateful for the experience and wish Pro Kapital’s excellent team good luck for
the future”.
Comment of the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Pro Kapital Grupp Paolo
Michelozzi: “We thank Ruta for her contribution given and wish her luck for the
future. We found the new person for the position of the CFO from inside the
group. We are pleased to offer continuous professional development for our
long-term employees.”
Angelika Annus (short form CV attached) shall be the new Chief Financial
Officer of the group starting 01.09.2014, until now she has worked as financial
controller of the group. Angelika Annus has worked at different positions in
the group since 1998. Angelika Annus does not hold any shares of AS Pro Kapital
Grupp.
