Tagasiostuprogrammi teostatakse vastavalt Euroopa Komisjoni määrusele nr.
2273/2003, 22.12.2003, millega rakendatakse Euroopa Parlamendi ja Nõukogu
direktiivi 2003/6/EÜ seoses tagasiostuprogrammidele ja finantsinstrumentide
stabiliseerimisele ettenähtud eranditega. Aktsiate tagasiostu täideviijaks ja
korraldajaks on AS SEB Pank, kes teostab aktsiate tagasiostu AS-i Ekspress
Grupp nimel. Programmi täideviimisel on AS SEB Pank kauplemisotsuste tegemisel
iseseisev, järgides kehtivaid tingimusi ning piiranguid, ilma et AS Ekspress
Grupp saaks mõjutada aktsiate ostutehingute aega.

During the period from 12.05.2014 until 16.05.2014, AS SEB Pank has carried out
the following share buyback transactions on behalf of AS Ekspress Grupp in the
NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange market:

The share buyback programme is being implemented in accordance with the
Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 of 22.12.2003, implementing Directive
2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards exemptions
for buy-back programmes and stabilisation of financial instruments. The
programme is managed by SEB Pank AS, which will buy back shares on behalf of AS
Ekspress Grupp. SEB Pank carries out the buyback according to the regulations
and within the framework of the programme, and will make its trading decisions
independently of, and without influence by AS Ekspress Grupp with regard to the
timing of the purchases.
