Nordecon AS ja AS Technopolis Ülemiste sõlmisid lepingu büroohoone ehitamiseks
Tallinna Ülemiste City ärilinnakusse aadressiga Lõõtsa tn 5. Ehitataval hoonel
on 13 korrust (kõrgus maapinnast 49,5 meetrit) ning suletud netopindala
ligikaudu 11 000 ruutmeetrit. Tegemist on kaasaegse ja hästi läbi mõeldud
büroopinnaga, mis ehitatakse peamiselt taaskasutatavatest ja kohalikest
ehitusmaterjalidest ja millele taotletakse keskkonnateadlikkuse
sertifitseeritud LEED kuldtaset.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 8,7 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad käesoleva aasta mais ning lõpevad augustis 2015.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad

Nordecon AS and AS Technopolis Ülemiste signed a contract for the construction
of an office building in Tallinn Ülemiste City at Lõõtsa st 5.

Nordecon AS and AS Technopolis Ülemiste signed a contract for the construction
of an office building in Tallinn Ülemiste City at Lõõtsa st 5. The building
will have 13 floors (height from ground level is 49.5 meters) and net closed
area of approximately 11,000 square meters. This modern and well planned office
building will be built using mainly reusable and local construction materials.
The building will apply for environmental awareness LEED gold certification.
The value of the contract is approximately 8.7 million euros (excluding VAT).
The construction begins in May and ends in August 2015.
