Tivoli Arendus OÜ-le antud pangagarantii realiseerimise peatamist.
Vastukaaluks Nordecon AS-i hagile esitas Tivoli Arendus OÜ 30. aprillil 2014. a
Nordecon AS-i vastu kohtusse vastuhagi. Vastuhagis nõuab Tivoli Arendus OÜ
põhinõudena 1 319 231,90 euro väljamõistmist Nordecon AS-ilt.

Tivoli Arendus OÜ submitted a claim against Nordecon AS
Message
On 13 September, 2013 Nordecon AS submitted a claim against Tivoli Arendus OÜ
to the court. The subject matter of the claim is inter alia the financial claim
in the amount of 174 552 EUR and stopping the realisation of the guarantee
letter issued to Tivoli Arendus OÜ by Nordecon AS.
As a response to the claim of Nordecon AS, on 30 April, 2014 Tivoli Arendus OÜ
submitted to the court a counter claim against Nordecon AS. With the counter
claim Tivoli Arendus OÜ is demanding 1 319 231,90 EUR to be paid by Nordecon
AS.
