29.04.2014 otsustas AS-i Premia Foods kontserni kuuluva OÜ Vettel ainuosanik
Saaremere Kala AS kutsuda OÜ Vettel nõukogust tagasi Pekka Pentti Olavi
Lahtineni. Nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelisena ja nõukokku kuuluvad Indrek Kasela,
Erik Haavamäe ja Katre Kõvask.
30.04.2014 otsustas OÜ Vettel nõukogu valida Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtineni OÜ
Vettel juhatusse. Lisaks Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinenile otsustas nõukogu valida
juhatuse täiendavaks liikmeks Mairi Paiste. Alates nimetatud otsusest on OÜ
Vettel juhatus kolmeliikmeline ning lisaks Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinenile ja
Mairi Paistele on juhatuse liikmeks Aivar Jõgi, kes tegutseb vastavalt nõukogu
otsusele juhatuse esimehena.
Mairi Paiste on lõpetanud Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli ning omandanud
bakalaureusekraadi majanduses. Alates 2004. aastast on Mairi töötanud OÜ-s
Vettel pearaamatupidajana, alates 2006. aastast Saaremere Kala AS-is
pearaamatupidajana ja alates 2010.aastast on ta AS-i Premia Foods auditikomitee
liige. Lisaks sellele on Mairi juhatuse liige OÜ-s Kroon Ruudus.
Muudatuste eesmärgiks on OÜ Vettel juhtorganite töö tõhustamine.

PRF: Changes in Composition of Management Bodies of OÜ Vettel

On 29.04.2014, the sole shareholder of OÜ Vettel (a company belonging to the
same group of companies with AS Premia Foods) Saaremere Kala AS resolved to
recall Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen from the Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel. The
Supervisory Board continues in the composition of three members – Indrek
Kasela, Erik Haavamäe and Katre Kõvask.
On 30.04.2014, the Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel resolved to elect Pekka
Pentti Olavi Lahtinen to the Management Board of OÜ Vettel. In addition to
Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen, Mairi Paiste was elected to the Management Board
of OÜ Vettel. As from the respective resolution of the Supervisory Board, the
Management Board comprises of three members and in addition to Pekka Pentti
Olavi Lahtinen and Mairi Paiste, Aivar Jõgi is also a member of the Management
Board and is in accordance with the resolution of the Supervisory Board acting
as the Chairman of the Management Board.
Mairi Paiste has graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology and
obtained a Bachelor’s degree in economics. As from 2004, Mairi has been working
in OÜ Vettel as the chief accountant, as from 2006 in Saaremere Kala AS as the
chief accountant and since 2010 she has been the member of the audit committee
of Premia Foods. She is also member of the management board of OÜ Kroon Ruudus.
The purpose of the changes in the management bodies of OÜ Vettel is to raise
the efficiency of the work thereof.
