AS Tallinna Vesi on pühendunud tegevuse läbipaistvusele, mistõttu tutvustame 2014. a. esimese kvartali tulemusi NASDAQ OMX-i veebiseminari vahendusel. Kutsume oma aktsionäre, investoreid, analüütikuid ning teisi huvilisi osalema meie veebiseminaril 25. aprillil 2014.a. kell 11.00. Veebiseminar toimub inglise keeles. Veebiseminari viivad läbi ettevõtte praegune juhatuse esimees Ian Plenderleith, juhatuse liige ning alates 01. juunist 2014. a. juhatuse esimees, Karl Heino Brookes ning finantsdirektor Riina Käi, kes tutvustavad 2014. aasta 1. kvartali tulemusi. Ian Plenderleith, Riina Käi ning Karl Heino Brookes vastavad tekkinud küsimustele peale presentatsiooni. Kuna veebiseminari aeg on piiratud, võib küsimusi saata ka enne veebiseminari toimumist, hiljemalt 24. aprilli südaööks e-kirja teel: [email protected]. Kuidas veebiseminaril osaleda? Veebiseminaril osalemiseks palume saata osalemissoov aadressile [email protected], hiljemalt 25. aprillil kell 10.00. Teile saadetakse link ning juhised veebiseminari keskkonna kasutamiseks. Tehnilistel põhjustel on veebiseminaril võimalik osaleda vaid 90 registreerunud osalejal, registreerumise järjekorra alusel. Osalejatele saadetakse ligipääs veebiseminarile 25. aprilli hommikul, e-posti teel. Veebiseminar lindistatakse ning avalikustatakse nii ettevõtte kodulehel www.tallinnavesi.ee kui ka NASDAQ OMX Tallinna veebilehel. Mis on veebiseminar? Veebiseminar on virtuaalne konverents, mille käigus on ettevõtte esindajatel võimalus ettevõtte ning selle tulemuste kohta infot jagada. Veebiseminar võimaldab vahetut suhtlust ning annab võimaluse küsida küsimusi otse ettevõtte juhtkonnalt. Mida veel eebiseminari kohta teadma peaks? Osalemiseks on vaja internetiühendust ning kõrvaklappe. Kui osalejal on soov küsimusi esitada, on vajalik ka mikrofoni olemasolu. Veebiseminar töötab Adobe Flash Player-iga. AS Tallinna Vesi is committed to full business transparency and therefore, announces its results for 2014 quarter 1, using the NASDAQ OMX’s webinar service. AS Tallinna Vesi invites shareholders, investors, analysts and other stakeholders to join its investor conference webinar, scheduled on April 25th 2014 at 11 am (EET). The presentation will be in English. The webinar will be hosted by the current Chairman of the Board, Ian Plenderleith, Member of the Management Board and Chairman of the Board as of 1st of June 2014, Karl Heino Brookes and Chief Financial Officer Riina Käi, who will introduce the results for the Q1 of 2014. Ian Plenderleith, Riina Käi and Karl Heino Brookes will answer questions after the presentation. Due to limited webinar time, we encourage participants to send their questions before the webinar until April 24th at 23:59 pm (EET) to [email protected]. How to join the webinar? To join the webinar, please register to participate, [email protected]. The registration is open until April 25th at 10 am (EET). You will be provided with link and directions to enter the site. Due to technical reasons only the first 90 registered participants based on first-come-first-serve principle will have the opportunity to participate in the webinar. Registered participants will receive access to the webinar in the morning of April 25th via e-mail. The webinar will be recorded and available online for everyone at the company’s website on www.tallinnavesi.ee and on the web page of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn. What is webinar? Webinar is a virtual conference, during which company’s representatives give information about the company and its performance. Webinar allows interactive communication and a possibility to ask questions and get answers directly from the board members / company.
