OLYMPIC ENTERTAINMENT GROUP AS (edaspidi „Aktsiaselts“) teavitab börsi Aktsiaseltsi nõukogu liikme Peep Vain’i poolt 09.04.2014 esitatud avaldusest oma ametikohalt lahkumiseks alates vastavasisulise otsuse vastu võtmisest Aktsiaseltsi korralisel üldkoosolekul. Aktsiaseltsi korraline üldkoosolek toimub 25. aprillil 2014. a algusega kell 15:00 Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia konverentsikeskuses aadressil Liivalaia 33, Tallinn, Eesti. HansaAssets OÜ (registrikood 10978402), kellele kuulub 45,17% Aktsiaseltsi aktsiakapitalist, on esitanud vastavalt äriseadustiku § 293 lõikele 2 nõude võtta korralise üldkoosoleku päevakorda täiendav küsimus. HansaAssets OÜ on esitanud avalduse täiendada korralise üldkoosoleku päevakorda alljärgmise punktiga: 5. Nõukogu liikme Peep Vain’i tagasikutsumine Vastavalt Aktsiaseltsi põhikirja punktile 8.3 koosneb nõukogu kolmest kuni seitsmest liikmest. Peep Vain’i tagasikutsumise järel koosneb nõukogu kolmest liikmest (sh ühest sõltumatust liikmest), mistõttu ei ole vajalik valida 25.04.2014 toimuval korralisel üldkoosolekul uut nõukogu liiget. HansaAssets OÜ poolt esitatud täiendava küsimuse korralise üldkoosoleku päevakorda võtmise otsuse eelnõu avaldatakse Aktsiaseltsi kodulehel aadressil http://www.olympic-casino.com koos juhatuse poolt koostatud otsuse eelnõuga. Lisaks on võimalik vastavate dokumentidega tutvuda alates 11. aprillist 2014. a Aktsiaseltsi asukohus aadressil Pronksi 19, 3. korrus tööpäeviti ajavahemikus 9:00-17:00. Application of the Supervisory Board member of OEG Mr Peep Vain for resignation from his position and inclusion of an additional issue on the agenda of the general meeting

OLYMPIC ENTERTAINMENT GROUP AS (hereinafter as “the Company”) notifies the stock exchange of the application submitted by the Supervisory Board member of the Company Mr Peep Vain on 9 April 2014 for resignation from his positions as from the time of the adoption of the corresponding resolution of the Company at the general meeting. The annual general meeting of the Company will be held on 25 April 2014 at 15:00 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia conference centre at Liivalaia 33, Tallinn, Estonia. HansaAssets OÜ (register code 10978402), whose shares represent 45.17% of the Company’s share capital, has submitted a request for the inclusion of an additional issue on the agenda of the general meeting according to § 293 (2) of the Commercial Code. HansaAssets OÜ has submitted a statement to include on the agenda of the general meeting the following issue: 5. Recalling of Mr Peep Vain from the Supervisory Board According to the subsection 8.3 of the Company’s articles of association, the Supervisory Board consist of three to seven members. After recalling of Mr Peep Vain the Supervisory Board will consist of three members (including one independent member); therefore, it is not necessary to elect a new Supervisory Board member at the general meeting held on 25 April 2014. The draft resolution of the statement submitted by HansaAssets OÜ regarding the inclusion of an additional issue on the agenda of the general meeting is published on the website of the Company at http://www.olympic-casino.com along with the draft resolution of the Management Board. Additionally, as of 11 April 2014 respective documents are made available for reviewing at the office of the Company on workdays between 09:00 to 17:00 at Pronksi 19, 3rd floor.
