ASi Ekspress Grupp nõukogu on otsustanud heaks kiita juhatuse ettepaneku
investeerida uue trükimasina soetamisse grupi trükiettevõttes AS Printall. AS
Printall on viimaste aastate jooksul opereerinud tootmisvõimsuste piiril ning
uus masin loob võimaluse ettevõttel kasvada ja koos sellega kasvatada
kasumitootmise võimet 20 kuni 25 protsenti. Soetatav masin on poognatrüki
seade, millega saab trükkida ajakirjade kaasi ning reklaamtooteid. Printalli
juhtkond alustab läbirääkimisi masina tarnijatega, investeeringu suurusjärk on
2,5-3,5 miljonit eurot. 2/3 masina soetusmaksumusest finantseeritakse
pangalaenuga, ülejäänu omakapitalist. Uue trükimasina orienteeruv
installatsiooni aeg on 2015. aasta esimene kvartal.

The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp approved investment in new printing machine

The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp has decided to approve the
Management Board’s proposal to invest in acquisition of a new printing machine
in Group’s printing company AS Printall. In recent years, AS Printall has
operated at the border of the production capacity and the new machine will
enable the company to grow and with it the ability to grow the earning capacity
by 20 to 25 percent. The new machine to be acquired is a sheet fed printing
device that enables to print magazine covers and promotional products. The
Management Board of AS Printall will start the negotiations with the suppliers,
it is an investment of EUR 2.5 – 3.5 million. 2/3 of the cost of the machine
will be financed by a bank loan and the remaining will be financed from equity
capital. The approximate time of installation of the new printing machine is
the first quarter of 2015.
