Arco Vara kavandab võlakirjaemissiooni
Message
Hiljemalt 21. märtsil 2014. a plaanib Arco Vara emiteerida suunatud
emissioonina võlakirju maksimaalselt 200 000 euro ulatuses intressimääraga, mis
ei ole kõrgem kui 10% aastas. Tagasimaksetähtajaks saab olema maksimaalselt 18
kuud. Võlakirja intressimaksed on kvartaalsed ning võlakiri lunastatakse
võlakirja tähtaja saabumisel. Emiteeritud võlakirjad tagatakse hüpoteegiga.
Võlakirjaemissioon on suunatud olemasolevatele Arco Vara aktsionäridele.
Võlakirjaemissioonist saadud vahendeid kasutatakse kinnisvara edasiarenduseks
Eestis.

Arco Vara is planning a bond issue
Message
On 21 March, 2014 the latest Arco Vara is planning to issue bonds as targeted
issue in the maximum amount of 200 000 euros with interest rate no higher than
10% per year. The interest payments of the bonds will be made quarterly and the
bonds will be redeemed on the maturity date. The maturity date will be set for
maximum 18 months. The issued bonds will be guaranteed by a mortgage. The bond
issue is targeted to the existing shareholders of Arco Vara.
Proceeds of the bond issue will be used for real estate developments in Estonia.
