Nordeconi kontserni tütarettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (Nordecon AS osalus 52%)
ja Viru Keemia Grupp AS sõlmisid lepingu Viru Keemia Grupi õlitehase Petroter 3
termilise töötluse hoone vundamentide ja raudbetoonkarkassi ning
kondensatsiooniala raudbetoonkarkassi ehitustöödeks.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 3,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad veebruaris ja lõpevad oktoobris 2014.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2013. aasta
auditeerimata konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 174 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi
kontsern annab hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte

Nordecon Betoon OÜ, a subsidiary of Nordecon (group ownership 52 per cent), and
Viru Keemia Grupp AS (VKG) have signed an agreement on the construction of
foundations and a reinforced framework for the thermal processing unit and a
reinforced framework for the condensation area of VKG’s Petroter 3 oil plant.
The value of the contract is approximately 3.3 million euros (excluding VAT).
The works will begin in February and end in October 2014.
