Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-02-10 14:12 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 7. veebruaril 2014 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva SIA Merks’i ja Riia Riikliku Tehnikumi vahel leping koolikompleksi mitme hoone ehitustöödeks aadressil 64 D?rzciemas, Riia, Läti. Lepingujärgsed tööd hõlmavad kompleksi peaõppehoone ja metallitööde laboratooriumi rekonstrueerimist, hoonete kogupind on 3 926 m². Lisaks ehitab SIA Merks uue laboratooriumi hoone kogupinnaga 3 162 m². Lepingu maksumus on 4,8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööd algavad 2014. aasta veebruaris ning tööde üleandmise tähtaeg on 2015. aasta juuni. Construction contract in Latvia (school campus buildings in Riga)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-02-10 14:12 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 7 February 2014, a contract was signed by SIA Merks – part of AS Merko Ehitus group – and Riga State Technical School to perform the construction works of several buildings in the school campus at 64 D?rzciemas street, Riga, Latvia. The scope of works includes reconstruction of the main campus building and the metal works laboratory building with total area of 3 926 m². Under the contract, SIA Merks will also build a new laboratory building with total area 3 162 m². The contract value is 4.8 million euros, plus value added tax. The works are to start in February 2014 and scheduled for completion in June 2015.
