Muudatus AS Tallinna Vesi juhatuses
Message
AS Tallinna Vesi nõunik ja juhatuse liige Ilona Nurmela esitas ettevõttele
lahkumisavalduse, mille ettevõtte nõukogu 23. jaanuaril kinnitas. Pr. Nurmela
viimane ametisoleku päev on 31. jaanuar 2014.a.
AS Tallinna Vesi juhatuse esimees Ian Plenderleith sõnas: “Ilona ning tema
meeskonna väga head tööd ning kogu ettevõtte pühendumist vastutustundlikule
ettevõtlusele tõendab ilmekalt nominatsioon EMAS 2012 auhinnale Euroopa
Komisjoni poolt. Samuti on tema meeskonna töö tulemusena Ettevõte viimasel
kolmel aastal edukalt hoidnud ISO ja EMAS akrediteeringuid. Soovin Ilonat
ettevõtte ning nõukogu nimel tänada tema töö eest viimase viie aasta jooksul,
eelkõige vaidluste lahendamisel. Samuti soovin talle edu tema edasises
karjääris ärilepitajana ning eetilise ärijuhtimise edendamisel läbi Baltic
Institute of Corporate Governance'i."“.
Nõuniku lahkumisega, jätkab AS Tallinna Vesi juhatus 2014. aasta 1. veebruarist
kolmeliikmelisena: juhatuse esimees Ian Plenderleith, finantsdirektor Riina Käi
ning tootmisdirektor Aleksandr Timofejev.

Change in the Management Board of AS Tallinna Vesi
Message
AS Tallinna Vesi’s General Counsel and member of the Management Board, Ilona
Nurmela, has tendered her resignation to the Company and the Board accepted it
on January 23rd. Ms Nurmela’s last date in the company will be January 31st,
2014.
AS Tallinna Vesi's Chairman of the Management Board Ian Plenderleith said “The
Company receiving the nomination for the EMAS 2012 award for water management
by European Commission, as a recognition for its CSR efforts is a clear
evidence of Ilona’s and her team’s efforts and the entire company’s dedication
towards doing business in a responsible way. Also, her team has contributed to
the company successfully retaining its ISO and EMAS certificates. On behalf of
the Company and the Supervisory Council of the Company I would like to thank
Ilona for her services and especially dispute resolution matters over the past
5 years. I wish her every success as she continues her career in mediation and
ethical business through the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance“.
With the resignation of the General Counsel of the Company, AS Tallinna Vesi
will continue with a three-member Management Board as of 1st of February 2014:
Chairman of the Management Board Ian Plenderleith, Chief Financial Officer
Riina Käi and Chief Operating Officer Aleksandr Timofejev.
