AS-i Tallinna Vesi 2013. aasta ärikasum langes 14% võrra, samas kui müügitulu on jäänud stabiilseks
Message
Ettevõtte kogu aasta müük 2013. aastal on võrreldes 2012. aastaga 0,3% võrra
kasvanud, 53,1 miljoni euroni. 2013. aasta 4. kvartali müügitulu püsis
võrreldes eelneva aasta sama perioodiga stabiilsena, tõustes 0,5% võrra 13,8
miljoni euroni.
Kogu aasta ärikasum langes 2012. aastaga võrreldes 14% võrra, 28,8 miljonilt
eurolt 24,8 miljoni euroni. 2013. aasta 4. kvartalis langes Ettevõtte ärikasum
võrreldes 2012. aasta sama perioodiga 23,6% võrra, 6,55 miljonile eurole. 2,02
miljoni euro suurust langust mõjutas enim vee- ja kanalisatsioonivõrkude
laiendamise kava lõpetamine 2012. aastal, mistõttu 2013. aastal torustike
kompensatsioonist teenitud tulu puudus.
Ettevõte on jätkuvalt pühendunud nii tootmis- kui kvaliteedinäitajate pidevale
parandamisele ning klientidele usaldusväärse teenuse ning teeninduse
pakkumisele. Hoolimata sellest, et teenuste hinnad ei ole tõusnud, on
tootmistulemused ka 2013. aastal on endiselt väga head, muuhulgas aegade parim
veekvaliteedi tase.
Ettevõte on korduvalt toonitanud oma usku läbipaistvasse
regulatsiooniprotsessi, ning soovi arendada sisukat ning faktidel põhinevat
dialoogi, mis arvestaks 2001. aastal sõlmitud erastamislepinguga. Järgmise
kohtuistungi aeg ei ole selgunud.

AS Tallinna Vesi’s 2013 operating profit decreased by 14%, while sales revenues have remained stable
Message
The Company’s total sales for 2013 increased by 0,3%, to 53,1 million euros,
compared to 2012. In the 4th quarter of 2013 the Company’s total sales remained
stable compared to the same period of 2012, increasing by 0,5%, to 13,8 million
euros.
The Company’s total operating profit decreased by 14%, from 28,8 million euros
to 24,8 million euros, compared to the previous year. In the 4th quarter of
2013 the operating profit decreased by 23,6% to 6,55 million euros, compared to
the 4th quarter of 2012. 2,02 million euros decrease was mostly affected by the
fact that the extension program of water and wastewater network was finished in
2012 and in 2013 there was no income for the compensation for pipes.
The Company is continuously committed to consistent improvement of operational
and quality indicators, as well as providing reliable service to the customers.
Despite of the fact, that the tariffs have been frozen, the operational
performance of 2013 is still very good, including the highest ever standards
for water quality.
The Company has continuously stated its belief in fully transparent regulation
and its willingness to enter into meaningful and evidence-based dialogue that
takes into account the privatization contract signed in 2001. The date of the
next court hearing is not set.
