Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) omandas 100%-lise osaluse Slovakkia VLT mänguautomaadikasiinode operaatorfirmas WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o. ning plaanib avada Slovakkias oma esimese VLT mänguautomaadikasiino käesoleva aasta esimesel poolaastal. WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o.-le kuulub VLT mänguautomaatide ehk serveripõhiste mänguautomaatide opereerimiseks vajalik litsents Slovakkias. Omandatud ettevõttele ei kuulu hetkel ühtegi tegutsevat mänguautomaadikasiinot. WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o. osakapital on 1 231 940 eurot. Tehingu hinda osapoolte kokkuleppel ei avaldata. Käesolev tehing ei ole käsitletav tehinguna seotud isikuga NASDAQ OMX Tallinna börsi reglemendi tähenduses ning ei oma otsest mõju OEG kontserni majandustegevusele. OEG acquired Slovak VLT slot casino operator WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o.

Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) has acquired 100% shareholding in Slovak VLT slot casino operator WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o. and plans to open its first VLT casino on Slovak market during the first half of 2014. WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o. has the licence required for operating VLT (server-based) slots in Slovakia. The acquired company does not operate VLT slot casinos at the moment. The share capital of WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o. is 1,231,940 euros. The parties agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction. The transaction is not considered to be a transaction with related parties in the meaning of the rules and regulations of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn stock exchange and it does not have a direct effect on the economic activities of the OEG group. The management board and the supervisory board members of OEG are not personally interested in this transaction in any other way.
