20.01.2014 otsustas AS-i Premia Foods kontserni kuuluva OÜ Vettel ainuosanik
Saaremere Kala AS valida OÜ Vettel nõukogu täiendavaks liikmeks Pekka Pentti
Olavi Lahtineni. Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtineni volitused OÜ Vettel nõukogu
liikmena hakkasid kehtima alates vastavasisulise otsuse vastuvõtmisest ning OÜ
Vettel põhikirja kohaselt valitakse nõukogu liikmed 5 aastaks.
Lisaks Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinenile kuuluvad OÜ Vettel nõukogu koosseisu
Indrek Kasela, Erik Haavamäe ja Katre Kõvask.
Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen on muuhulgas AS-i Premia Foods tütarettevõtete
Saaremere Kala AS-i, Heimon Kala Oy ja Överumans Fisk AB juhtorganite liige.
Täiendava nõukogu liikme valimise eesmärgiks on OÜ Vettel nõukogu töö
tõhustamine.

On 20.01.2014, the sole shareholder of OÜ Vettel (a company belonging to the
same group of companies with AS Premia Foods) Saaremere Kala AS resolved to
elect Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen as an additional member of the Supervisory
Board of OÜ Vettel. The authorities of Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen as the
member of the Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel began as from the adoption of the
relevant resolution and in accordance with the Articles of Association will
remain valid for the period of 5 years.
In addition to Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen, Indrek Kasela, Erik Haavamäe and
Katre Kõvask act as the members of Supervisory Board of OÜ Vettel.
Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen is also a member of the governing bodies of
Saaremere Kala AS, Heimona Kala OY and Överumans Fisk AB, all being the
subsidiaries of AS Premia Foods.
The purpose of electing an additional member to the Supervisory Board of OÜ
Vettel was to raise the efficiency of the work of the Supervisory Board.
