20.12.2013 võõrandas AS Baltplast 45 000 Arco Vara AS-i aktsiat. Tehingu
tulemusena vähenes AS-ile Baltplast kuuluvate Arco Vara AS-i hääleõiguslike
aktsiate osalus alla 20% piirmäära.
30.12.2013 omandas Rimonne Baltic OÜ 5215 Arco Vara AS-i aktsiat. Tehingu
tulemusena ületab Rimonne Baltic OÜ-le kuuluvate Arco Vara AS-i hääleõiguslike
aktsiate hulk 5% piirmäära.
Lähtuvalt väärtpaberituruseaduse §-st 186 on börsiemitendil kohustus teavitada
börsi olulise osaluse muutumisest.

Message
On 20 December 2013 AS Baltplast sold 45 000 shares of Arco Vara AS. As a
result of the transaction the amount of voting shares of Arco Vara AS that AS
Baltplast now owns decreased under 20% marginal rate.
On 30 December 2013 Rimonne Baltic OÜ acquired 5215 shares of Arco Vara AS. As
a result of the transaction the amount of voting shares of Arco Vara AS that
Rimonne Baltic OÜ now owns exceeds 5% marginal rate.
The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial
ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
