Riigihankel edukaks tunnistamine Eestis (Tallinna 4. trammiliini taristu projekteerimine ja rekonstrueerimine)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-01-03 15:18 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vastavalt Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS (TLT) riigihankekomisjoni otsusele ning TLT tänasele pressiteatele tunnistati riigihankel nr. 12-13 RH/146293 „Trammiliini nr 4 taristu projekteerimine ja rekonstrueerimine“ edukaks AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva tütarettevõtte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, KMG Inseneriehituse AS ning Ratatek OY ühispakkumus maksumusega 26 miljonit eurot. Pakkumuste hindamiskriteeriumiks oli madalaim hind. Hankeleping sõlmitakse vastavalt riigihangete seadusele mitte enne 14 päeva möödumist alates edukaks tunnistamise otsuse teatavakstegemisest pakkujatele. Hanketulemuse otsuse vaidlustamine on pakkujatel võimalik vastavalt riigihangete seaduse §121 sätestatud tähtaja jooksul, kuid mitte pärast hankelepingu sõlmimist. Lepingu raames teostatakse tähtsamate töödena trammiliini number 4 trammiteede ning Pärnu maantee depooteede rekonstrueerimine koos teede betoonalusele viimisega, vahetatakse välja kontaktvõrk Tondilt Ülemistele ja Kadriorgu ning uuendatakse kuus veoalajaama. Peale selle rajatakse trammitee pikendus Peterburi tee 2 kinnistule, kuhu ehitatakse ka trammide tagasipöördering. Kõik tööd teostatakse 2014. ja 2015. aasta jooksul. Public Procurement Preferred Bidder Announcement in Estonia (Tallinn 4th tramline infrastructure design and reconstruction)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-01-03 15:18 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- According to the decision of Tallinn City Transport Company’s public procurement commission and the press release published today, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti – part of the AS Merko Ehitus group, KMG Inseneriehituse AS and Ratatek OY were announced as preferred bidders in the public procurement No 12-13 RH/146293 „4th tramline infrastructure design and reconstruction“. The total value of the joint bid is EUR 26 million. The valuation criteria were the lowest price. The procurement contract will not be signed before 14 days after the announcement of the preferred bidder according to the Public Procurement Law. The bidders can dispute the decision according to the deadlines stated in the Public Procurement Law §121 but not after the procurement contract has been signed. Under the contract the preferred bidders will reconstruct the 4th tramline and the line base at Pärnu maantee. The line base will be replaced with the concrete. Additionally there will be network replacement from Tondi to Ülemiste and Kadriorg and renewal of six substations. Extension of tramline to Peterburi tee 2 and a u-turn will be constructed. All works will be carried out in 2014 and 2015.
