Nordeconi kontserni tütarettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ koos juhtivpakkuja Eventus
Ehitus OÜ-ga ja Nordassets OÜ sõlmisid peatöövõtulepingu AS-i Smarten Logistics
uue laokompleksi projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks. Ehitatava osa netopindala on
ligikaudu 17 000 ruutmeetrit.
Ehituslepingu käibemaksuta maksumus on ligikaudu 6,4 miljonit eurot. Ehitustööd
lõpetatakse jaanuaris 2015.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2012. aasta

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (a subsidiary of Nordecon AS) with leading partner Eventus
Ehitus OÜ and Nordassets OÜ signed a contract for the design and construction
of AS Smarten Logistics’ new warehouse complex. The net area of the
construction works is 17,000 square meters.
The value of the contract is approximately 6.4 million euros (excluding VAT).
Construction is expected to be completed in January 2015.

construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
