Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-12-27 15:20 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 27. detsembril 2013 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva SIA Merks’i ja Valmiera Kutsekooli vahel leping koolikompleksi ehitustöödeks Valmieras, Lätis. Lepingu kohaselt ehitab SIA Merks uue koolimaja ja õpilaste ühiselamu ning rekonstrueerib olemasoleva koolimaja, ühiselamu ja laboratooriumi. Lepingu maksumus on 5,9 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööd algavad 2014. aasta jaanuaris ning tööde üleandmise tähtaeg on 2015. aasta aprill. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2012. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 915 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2012. aasta müügitulu oli 249,1 miljonit eurot. Construction contract in Latvia (School in Valmiera)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-12-27 15:20 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 27 December 2013, a contract was signed by SIA Merks – part of the AS Merko Ehitus group – and Valmiera’s Professional School to perform the construction works of professional school in Valmiera, Latvia. Under the contract, SIA Merks will build a new school building and a student hostel, also reconstruct the existing school building, the student hostel and the laboratory. The expected value of the contract is 5.9 million euros, plus value added tax. The works are to start in January 2014 and scheduled for completion in April 2015.
