Proceedings of land exchange appeal in cassation in the Supreme Court

With the regulations signed today, the appeal in cassation filed against a
decision of the Tallinn Circuit Court in the criminal case of a land exchange
were accepted by the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court. The timetable for
the review of the appeal in cassation will be specified in the Supreme Court on
an ongoing basis. 

The AS Järvevana Supervisory and Management Board are confident that the
company and its governing bodies have conducted all activities properly in
accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and hopes for withdrawal of
the conviction.
