AS Pro Kapital Grupp nõukogu otsustas 19.11.2013 heaks kiita AS Pro Kapital
Grupp kontserni kuuluvate kahe Läti Vabariigis registreeritud äriühingu
likvideerimise.
Info likvideeritavate äriühingute kohta:
SIA PK Latvia, äriühingu kuulub 100% AS-le Pro Kapital Latvia, mis kuulub 100%
AS-le Pro Kapital Grupp. Äriühingu tegevuseks oli Riias Stabu tänav 19 asuva
kinnisvara arendus, rent ja müük. Äriühingu likvideerimise põhjuseks on
asjaolu, et äriühing on võõrandanud jooksva majandustegevuse käigus kõik talle
kuulunud korteriomandid. Äriühingul puudub muu aktiivne majandustegevus.
Äriühingu likvideerimine ei oma mõju AS Pro Kapital Grupp tegevusele.
SIA Prokurs, äriühing kuulub 70% SIA-le Pasaules Tirdzniecibas Centrs RIGA, mis
on AS Pro Kapital Latvia tütarettevõte, mis omakorda kuulub 100% AS-le Pro
Kapital Grupp. Äriühingu tegevuseks oli Riias Kugu tänav 26 asuva kinnisvara
arendus, rent ja müük. Äriühingu likvideerimise põhjuseks on asjaolu, et
äriühing on võõrandanud jooksva majandustegevuse käigus kõik talle kuulunud
korteriomandid. Äriühingul puudub muu aktiivne majandustegevus. Äriühingu
likvideerimine ei oma mõju AS Pro Kapital Grupp tegevusele.
Käesolev teade on avaldatud kooskõlas reglemendi punktiga 7.11.1.
Ettevõte kinnitab, et ülalviidatud äriühingute likvideerimine ei ole käsitletav
tehinguna seotud isikuga ja emitendi nõukogu ja juhatuse liikmed ei ole
tehingust muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud.

Notice of liquidation of group companies

AS Pro Kapital Grupp Council decided on 19.11.2013 to approve the liquidation
of two companies registered in Latvian Republic, which belong to the concern of
AS Pro Kapital Grupp.
Information about the companies:
PK Latvia LLC, company 100% shareholder is JSC Pro Kapital Latvia, which
belongs 100% to AS Pro Kapital Grupp. Principal activity of the company was
development, rent and sale of real estate located at Stabu street 19, Riga.
Reason for liquidation is the fact that the company has in course of day to day
economic activity sold all its premises. The company does not have any other
active economic activity. Liquidation of the company does not have any effect
on AS Pro Kapital Grupp.
PROKURS LLC, company 70% shareholder is LLC Pasaules Tirdzniecibas Centrs RIGA,
which is the subsidiary of JSC Pro Kapital Latvia, which belongs 100% to AS Pro
Kapital Grupp. Principal activity of the company was development, rent and sale
of real estate located at Kugu street 26, Riga. Reason for liquidation is the
fact that the company has in course of day to day economic activity sold all
its premises. The company does not have any other active economic activity.
Liquidation of the company does not have any effect on AS Pro Kapital Grupp.
This notice is published in accordance with the article 7.11.1 of the
Requirements.
Issuer confirms that the above mentioned liquidations are not a transactions
with connected persons and any members of the Issuer’s supervisory board and
management board are otherwise not personally interested in the transaction.
