kuuluvad aktsiad SL Õhtulehes, Ajakirjade Kirjastuses ja Express Postis.
Selline õigus on lepingupooltele ette nähtud juhuks, kui teise lepingupoole
enamusaktsionär muutub. 12. septembril 2013 teatas Eesti Meedia oma
ainuaktsionäri osaluse üleminekust uuele omanikule.

Today, AS Ekspress Grupp submitted AS Eesti Meedia a notice in which the Group
wishes to exercise the contractual right to purchase the shares Eesti Meedia
holds in the joint ventures SL Õhtuleht, Ajakirjade Kirjastus and Express Post.
This right is provided for the contracting parties in the event the major
shareholder of the other party changes. On 12 September 2013, Eesti Meedia
announced the change in company’s sole shareholder.
