Tallinn, 2013-10-07 08:33 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 04. oktoobril 2013 kanti äriregistrisse Silvano Fashion Group AS-i aktsiakapitali vähendamine 28. juunil 2013 toimunud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuste alusel. Ettevõtte registreeritud aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 11 820 000 eurot, mis on jagatud 39 400 000 lihtaktsiaks nimiväärtusega 0,30 eurot. Rahalised väljamaksed 0,10 eurot aktsia kohta seoses aktsiakapitali vähendamisega teostatakse aktsionäridele 10. oktoobril 2013. Aktsiate nimiväärtuse vähendamisest tulenevate väljamaksete saamiseks õigustatud aktsionäride nimekiri fikseeriti 12. juulil 2013 kella 23:59 seisuga. Tallinn, 2013-10-07 08:33 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On October 04, 2013, the decrease of share capital of Silvano Fashion Group AS was registered in the Commercial Register based on the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on June 28, 2013. The new registered share capital of the Company is 11 820 000 euros, which is divided into 39 400 000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 0.30 euros per share. The monetary payments in the amount of EUR 0.10 per share, related to the reduction of share capital shall be effected to the shareholders on October 10, 2013.
