Nordecon AS-i nõukogu esimehe Toomas Lumani omanduses olev äriühing TL
Holdinginvesteeringud OÜ omandas 26. septembril 2013 kõik OÜ Schmidt & Sons
omandis olnud Nordic Contractors AS-i aktsiad (15% aktsiate koguarvust ehk 3
000 000 aktsiat). Sellega tõusis Toomas Lumani poolt kontrollitav osalus Nordic
Contractors AS-is 70%-ni (varasemalt 55%). Tehing ei suurendanud Nordic
Contractors AS-i osalust Nordecon AS-is ja ei oma otsest mõju Nordecon AS-i
majandustegevusele ning juhtimisele.

TL Holdinginvesteeringud OÜ, a company owned by the chairman of Nordecon AS’
council Mr Toomas Luman, acquired on 26 September 2013 all shares of Nordic
Contractors AS owned by OÜ Schmidt & Sons (15 per cent of all shares, i.e.
3,000,000 shares). This increased the interest of Nordic Contractors AS
controlled by Mr Toomas Luman to 70 per cent (previously 55 per cent). The
acquisition does not increase the ownership of Nordic Contractors AS’ in
Nordecon AS and does not affect Nordecon AS’ business activities or management.
