Nordeconi kontserni tütarettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ ja Väätsa Agro AS (Trigon
Dairy Farming kontserni liige) sõlmisid töövõtulepingu piimafarmikompleksi
rajamiseks Lõõla külla, Väätsa vallas. Lepingu kohaselt ehitatakse
laudakompleks koos juurdekuuluvate abihoonete ja infrastruktuuriga 2200 pealise
lüpsikarja ülalpidamiseks.
Ehituslepingu käibemaksuta maksumus on ligikaudu 9 miljonit eurot. Ehitustööd
algavad septembris 2013 ja lõpetatakse augustis 2014.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2012. aasta

Construction contract (Väätsa Agro)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (a subsidiary of Nordecon AS) and Väätsa Agro AS (a member
of the Trigon Dairy Farming Group) signed a contract for the construction of
dairy farming complex in Lõõla village, Väätsa parish (situated in central
Estonia). The farming complex with auxiliary buildings and infrastructure is
for the keeping of 2,200 head dairy cattle.
The value of the contract is approximately 9 million euros (excluding VAT).
Construction work starts in September 2013 and is expected to be completed in
August 2014.
