Nordeconi kontserni Soomes registreeritud tütarettevõte Estcon Oy ja Kiinteistö
Oy OPK-Vallila sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Helsingisse ehitatava büroohoone
betoonitööde teostamiseks.
Ehituslepingu käibemaksuta maksumus on 6,08 miljonit eurot. Ehitustööde
eeldatav lõpp on juunis 2014.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte

Estcon Oy (a Finnish subsidiary of Nordecon Group) and Kiinteistö Oy
OPK-Vallila have signed a contract for the concrete works of an office building
to be erected in Helsinki.
The value of the contract is 6.08 million euros (excluding VAT). Construction
work is expected to be completed in June 2014.

construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
