Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-08-23 15:35 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 23. augustil 2013 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva SIA Merksi ja SIA Gipša Fabrika vahel leping viimistlustöödeks korterelamus aadressiga Balasta dambis 72, Riia, Läti. Lepingu kohaselt teostab SIA Merks viimistlustööd 45 korteriga elamus kogupinnaga 4 550 m². Lepingu ligikaudne maksumus on 5,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde üleandmise tähtaeg on 2014. aasta august. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2012. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 915 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2012. aasta müügitulu oli 249,1 miljonit eurot. Construction contract in Latvia (finishing works of residential building in Riga)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-08-23 15:35 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 23 August 2013, a contract was signed by SIA Merks – part of the AS Merko Ehitus group – and SIA Gipša Fabrika for the works at the residential building located at Balasta dambis 72, Riga, Latvia. Under the contract, SIA Merks will perform the finishing works in 45 apartment residential building with total area of 4,550 m². The contract approximate value is EUR 5.3 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled for completion in August 2014. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) comprises the leading Estonian construction company AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Latvian market based SIA Merks and the Lithuanian market based UAB Merko Statyba as well as the group’s real estate development business unit together with companies holding real estate properties.
