Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-08-15 08:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 14. augusti 2013 õhtul sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva SIA Merksi ja SIA Polipaks NT vahel leping tootmis- ja logistikakeskuse ehituseks M?rupe regioonis Lätis. Lepingu kohaselt ehitab SIA Merks polüetüleenist, polüpropüleenist ja biopolümeerist pakendite tootmis- ja logistikakeskuse ning kontori. Ehitatava hoone brutopind on 35 000 m². Lepingu ligikaudne maksumus on 17,8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde üleandmise tähtaeg on 2015. aasta veebruar. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2012. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 915 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2012. aasta müügitulu oli 249,1 miljonit eurot. Construction contract in Latvia (manufacturing and logistics center in M?rupe)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-08-15 08:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In the evening of 14th August 2013, a contract was signed by SIA Merks – part of the AS Merko Ehitus group – and SIA Polipaks NT for construction of the manufacturing and logistics center located in M?rupe region, Latvia. Under the contract, SIA Merks will build polyethylene, polypropylene and biopolymer packaging production and logistics center and the office. The total gross area of the building will be 35,000 m². The approximate contract value is EUR 17.8 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled for completion in February 2015.
