Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-08-08 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva tütarettevõtte ASi Tallinna Teede juhatuse liikme Richard Viiese volitused lõppesid alates 05. jaanuarist 2013 seoses teenistuslepingu tähtaegse lõppemisega. Richard Viiese juhatuse liikme volitusi ei pikendatud. ASi Tallinna Teede juhatus jätkab kaheliikmelisena: Jüri Läll (esimees) ja Jüri Helila. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2012. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 915 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2012. aasta müügitulu oli 249,13 miljonit eurot. Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-08-08 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Tallinna Teede, the subsidiary part of AS Merko Ehitus group, Management Board member Richard Viies powers ended from 5th of January 2013 due to the expire of terminal service agreement. The Management Board of the AS Tallinna Teed will continue with two members: Jüri Läll (The Chairman) and Jüri Helila. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) comprises the leading Estonian construction company AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Latvian market based SIA Merks and the Lithuanian market based UAB Merko Statyba as well as the group’s real estate development business unit together with companies holding real estate properties.
