AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp juhatus teatab, et 16. juulil 2013 väljakuulutatud
võlakirjade märkimisperiood on lõppenud. Investorite poolt märgiti kõik pakutud
74 võlakirja nominaalväärtusega 10 000 eurot kogusummas 740 000 eurot.
Võlakirjade lunastamise tähtaeg on 5 aastat ja võlakirjad kannavad intressi 5%
aastas, mida makstakse iga-aastaselt. Võlakirjad on tagamata ja mitte
konverteeritavad.

AS Pro Kapital Grupp management board informs that subscription of bonds
announced on 16th of July, 2013 is completed. 74 bonds with the nominal value
of 10 000 Euro are subscribed with the total price of 740 000 EUR. The bonds
have the maturity of 5 years and bear annual interest of 5%, payable annually.
Bonds are unsecured and non-convertible.
