ASi Eesti Ajalehed nõukogu on otsustanud kutsuda juhatuse liikme ametikohalt
tagasi Kadi Lambot ja määrata ettevõtte uueks juhatuse liikmeks ja tegevjuhiks
Art Lukas.
ASi Eesti Ajalehed senine tegevjuht Kadi Lambot on otsustanud suunduda tagasi
meditsiinivaldkonda ja augustikuust osaleb programmis „Arstid tagasi
tervishoidu“.
Art Lukas asub ASi Eesti Ajalehed tegevjuhi ametisse alates 5. augustist 2013.
Seni on Art Lukas töötanud alates 2012. aastast tegevjuhina Balti
Juhtimiskonverents OÜs. Varasemalt on Art Lukas töötanud kliendisuhete
juhtimise divisjoni direktroina Swedbank ASis (2008 – 2009) ning ajavahemikul
2005 kuni 2008 investeerimistoodete osakonna juhina Hansapank ASis (praegune
Swedbank AS).
Art Lukas ei oma ASi Ekspress Grupp aktsiaid.

AS Ekspress Grupp: Art Lukas to become Chief Executive Officer of AS Eesti Ajalehed

The Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Ajalehed has decided to remove Kadi Lambot
from the position of the Management Board member and to appoint Art Lukas as
the new member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of AS Eesti
Ajalehed.
Kadi Lambot, the current Chief Executive Officer of AS Eesti Ajalehed has
decided to head back to the filed of medicine and will attend in the program
„Doctors Back To Health Care“ from August.
Art Lukas will start as the Chief Executive Officer of AS Eesti Ajalehed from
5th August 2013.
From 2012, Art Lukas has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Balti
Juhtimiskonverents OÜ. Previously, Art Lukas has worked as the Director of
Customer Relationship Management Division in Swedbank AS (2008 until 2009) and
from 2005 until 2008 as the Chief of the Investment Products Department in
Hansapank AS (current Swedbank AS).
Art Lukas does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
